Why do we have TA's if they hardly work?

We really need to get this fixed or just get TA's off the list. I like playing the game and it is nice to get gifts from time to time but the makers of the game should really fix the bugs. I wonder where all the money from the players who put in a ton of cash is going? Maybe it should be going into fixing the daily problems people are complaining about. If people stopped paying and playing I bet they would finally start fixing the bugs. Let me know what you think in the comments below. Thanks, Sacajawea
