Angel essence

i see the devs put lvl 4.5.6.7.9 angel essence combo only in capsule toys is this the only event then i need angel essence normal too .. i need it low lvl like 6.7.8.9.10 to upgrade my angels please i talk alot about this and thank u very much to get it back but i really need this gems and please explain to me when i can found it ty all
