Couldn't recharge, now can't log in

I haven't been able to recharge since the beginning of the Angel's fortune event. I've been watching the support channels to see if the situation has been resolved. When I tried just now to recharge, there was a notice saying if you are unable to recharge, to uninstall and reinstall the Desktop app. I did. Now my system has reverted back to the issue I had a few months ago that prevented me from being able to access the game because I kept getting the puzzle piece screen saying I need to right click to run flash player.

This game is getting to the point it isn't fun anymore with all the issues.

Any help would be appreciated.
