【Announcement on penalties for third-party recharge】

Dear Saints,

To ensure fairness and orderliness in the Saint Seiya: Awakening mobile game, and to protect our players' interests and account information security, we will be taking severe measures and firm action against players who use third-party recharge services or apply for wrongful refunds. Penalties include but are not limited to one or more of the following:

1. Removing game coupons obtained through means of illegal recharge;

2. Recalling game items obtained through means of illegal recharge;

3. Temporary or permanent login bans;

4. Restricting access to the recharge function in the game;

5. No compensation provided if the recharge is not credited to your account due to usage of third-party recharge services.

👉We would also like to remind our players of the risks involved in using third-party recharge services.

1. Our staff cannot guarantee the safety and security of third-party recharge services. There are many unscrupulous vendors who steal players' information for illicit purposes.

2. The money used for recharge purposes is actually taken from stolen credit cards, illegal gift cards, or foreign currency cards with security risks. Using such cards for recharge purposes may lead to security risks such as: leakage of personal information, account theft, credit card fraud, the recharged amount not being credited to your account, and others. We shall not be held liable for any losses incurred due to any of the issues mentioned above.

3. It is impossible to tell where the money used by third-party recharge services comes from, thus making it difficult to anticipate potential risks.

👉Appealing against penalties incurred (e.g., restriction of access to recharge function, login bans, etc.) due to suspicion of using third-party recharge services:

1. If your account has been banned from recharging for the first time due to suspicion of using third-party recharge services, you may approach customer service directly to request for the penalties to be lifted.

2. If you are unable to log in for the first time due to suspicion of using third-party recharge services, you may approach customer service directly to request for the penalties to be lifted.

3. If your account is incurring penalties, such as the inability to log in, for the second time due to suspicion of using third-party recharge services, you will not be able to request directly for the penalties to be lifted. Valid proof of legit recharge (e.g., screenshots of recharge history, etc.) must be provided. Penalties will only be lifted upon verification by customer service. In the case where valid proof of legit recharge is unavailable, all in-game resources and items obtained through the recharge must be removed before penalties can be lifted.

👉The development team will be taking severe measures against third-party recharge services. Players are responsible for all losses they incur from their use of third-party recharge services and for their own after-sale consumer rights. We shall not be held liable for these.

To avoid monetary losses and security risks, we urge you to refrain from carelessly trusting in or using third-party recharge services.
