THE IMPORTANCE OF TAKING HOT SPRINGS IN SIEGE OF WINTERFELL - N3O vs NFI

Dear reader, we are still far from the date where we all must attack Winterfell. But it is good that we are recording one of the most innovative strategies that as a witness to the history of Westeros I have seen

They drew attention to a detail that until then had escaped us all.

But without further ado, here we go.

The feat occurred in round 5 of season 8 of Siege of Winterfell.

The adversaries, N3O and NFI

N3O the favorite for being the undisputed champions until now of Siege of Winterfell, of all time.

NFI, with new additions and a blended team that had just stood out in Alliance Conquest

The battle begins at the appointed time.

And as is N3O's custom, he marches his Lords and Ladies to take the two most important buildings. Armory and Hot Springs, but suddenly, dear reader, all the alarms of N3O begin to sound, since on the way to the Armory they find themselves alone....totally alone!! Nobody from NFI is going to find them in battle, only some loose armies, but nothing more than for a few skirmishes.

After further analysis, they see that the great mass of the NFI army is heading towards Hot Springs.

An important discussion is heard among the ranks of N3O, about what steps to follow, having two options. First to go against Hot Springs, and the second to secure Base number 4 to prevent NFI from taking Winterfell's resources anywhere.

And so it was, N3O was able to take all 4 bases....

And it is assumed that this assured them a victory... but here comes the first surprise, which if you ask me, speaks of the strategic skill of NFI.

They persisted in occupying Hot Springs, in fact they did not lose it at all.

Eventually it is the position that won

And so it was, N3O was able to take all 4 bases....

And what no one could have foreseen happened, suddenly N3O discovered that the biggest problem of not having Hot Springs was not the most expensive healing, but the time it takes to heal the troops and return to the point of battle where they were. is.

And so we come to the Battle of Base 4, the fateful Base 4.

N3O is still commenting on the success that NFI had in that strategy. They won Base 4, they unbalanced N3O who looked like a clear winner, and everything is because of the time it took them, to go from their area, to base 4 for the number of times they had to heal their troops.

But the biggest surprise, and the one N3O is still grateful for, is that NFI in the second pool of resources really didn't know what to do.

AND DEAR READER, IF IT WASN'T THAT THEY DIDN'T REACT ON TIME WITH THAT BAG, NFI WOULD HAVE WON THE EVENT.

So my friend, remember next time you have to fight for Winterfell, just pay proper attention to HOT SPRINGS
