Bugs or Not ?

At Equipment Shop.. Legendary ... the game tell me Warrior Trials reaches 60 but it still not let you buy something even you already reaches 67. When I send ticket for support.. a man called Joseph tell me no bugs .. but I must have 650 stars to access that shop.

For me it still bugs.. cause 650 stars and warrior trials reaches 60 are totally have different meaning.. cause one player can reaches 60 floor on warrior trials by choosing stars according the difficulties.. not always choose 3 stars for every fights.

Please explained.. I want to hear from you guys... this is bugs or not..
