I cannot write in Guild Chat

After I write in the "Type Here" window, after pressing Enter I get on my screen a text in red written with Chinese characters. What I wrote is not moved to the Guild Chat. I Assume the text in red written with Chinese characters is some error message. I cannot make a printscreen, the text disapears too fast.
