No reponse or action made by support team for 3 weeks on my ticket

Hello,

It has already been 3 weeks yet no progress, on the player I reported for unwanted advances, stalking and harrassment, the ticket number is #9001760.

I already provided many screenshots to via support ticket as well as emailing to the support team. Will there be any actions made or this is a new norm by playing alongside toxic or mentally unstable players with big account?
