game not working

For the past three months I have had problems with almost every aspect of my game especially all events and every month I buy the monthly cards and the only thing I have received is my topaz. daily collections are not counting and I have been losing equipment and chaos stones. when I try to craft equipment they completely disappear for my game. I have spent hundreds of dollars and I am not happy with the lack of response to even my last post.
