Error or Muted by Dev??

Here is the story:

I am Vitas. Joined an alliance that happened had full whale in there. But, due to some conflict, getting kicked out of alliance. Then i deflect to Ruslan. And joint my old alliance Contender to reach a hegemony in the server.

Later, my old mate in my old alliance contact me to go back. And, when i see my old alliance stripped from the top rank, i decide to go back.

Since jumping kingdom has 7 day cooldown, i choose to out of my new alliance after say goodbye. For 4 day, im alone. No alliance. Then the cooldown is over, and i go back to Vitas, and re-joint my old alliance.

Until here, everything is fine. Then the problem arrive. I CANT CHAT. I CANT SENDING SPAR INVITATION. I CANT SEND A COORDINATE. i simply got Muted. In every Chanel. Word Chanel, Kingdom Chanel, Alliance Chanel, Private Chanel. I still can read every one message tought. But cant participate in any conversation.

At first, im not notice it. Yet. Then, i got confuse. Why is everyone ignored me?? Did i sayd something bad to them?? If only one or two people, may be. Cz im a human. Maybe i sayd something inapropriate to them. But, a whole server??

Did i got Muted by Dev or the game it self?? If yes, why i not get any notice??

Please Dev, fix my issue. I already re-install the game, but to no avail.
