Urgent: Device ID Chat Blocked Glitch

Hello,

I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but the "Message contains sensitive information" error still persists across all my accounts on this phone. This confirms that my phone's Hardware/Device ID is glitched or blacklisted by your automated chat system.

Since deleting the game does not change my phone's hardware ID, I cannot fix this on my own. Please forward this ticket to your technical team and remove the chat restriction/whitelist my Device ID. Thank you.
