💠Introduction

What’s up, folks? Welcome to my article, where I will be taking a closer look at the latest event in Infinity Kingdom, the Pirate Festival event. This annual event generally makes its way around in mid-September. It’s generally a good opportunity for players to earn valuable rewards for free. Some items may not be worth it for certain tiers of players to spend resources chasing at a certain point, so let’s take a look at where the value lies.

💠Table of Contents

  • Overview
  • Lucky Koi Gift Pack and Sign-In Reward
  • Temple of Edfu Battle Pass

  • Summary

💠Overview

The event started on Monday, September 14, and will last until the end of Wednesday, September 23. During the event, players can complete tasks and collect the rewards they want. The event is divided into numerous parts: sign-in rewards, a progression task, a battle pass, a sorting minigame, challenges and trials, a reward draw, and two different shops. Some parts of the event are easier to do than others, but not all rewards and quests are worth doing or spending money on, especially for certain types of players.

💠Koi Gift Pack and Sign-in Rewards

This is the easiest part of the event. All players have to do is sign in every day, navigate to the event section, and claim rewards. Players can claim a Token of Light each day. These tokens do not expire and can be used for future events. Even if you do not have time to do every part of the event every day, this is a good opportunity to collect Token of Light for a little time invested, and allow you to try your hand at Dazzling Wish or save them for future events.

In addition to the free sign-in rewards, there is a lottery ticket system for players who purchase the Lucky Koi Gift Packs. Two packs are available every two days. The first bundle costs $4.99 and gives five Tokens of Light and 1,500 Magic Fishing Nets. The second bundle costs $9.99 and gives ten Tokens of Light and 3,000 Magic Fishing Nets. Do not purchase the second bundle unless you need it for the Koi count.

Every two days, one lucky winner from all purchasers will be chosen to receive 4,250 Eternal Grails to use in the Grail Shop as well as a Lucky Koi - Leader insignia that gives 0.5% Physical Attack Bonus. The best part is, if you purchase the Koi Gift Pack five times and don’t win the grand prize, you will still receive 850 Eternal Grails as a consolation prize, which can be used to purchase Chaos Immortal Chests, shards, or a number of other items. Players will also receive the Lucky Koi - Elite insignia which gives 0.3% Crit Rate. Both insignias give valuable stats.

💠Temple of Edfu Battle Pass

This event’s Battle Pass features Alexander's Summer Passion outfit, which changes his ultimate effect, and a new castle skin decoration. The Temple of Edfu increases the Physical and Magical Attack of Immortals by up to 15%, starting at 5%. It also increases building speed by 5%. It’s a mix of combat and utility so it’s not as good as something that’s combat focused like Sun Chariot.

The pass has considerably more value for players who actively use Alexander, since his Summer Passion outfit directly improves an Immortal they already use while the pass also provides Tokens of Light and Fishing Nets. It’s also a cost effective way to get both Tokens of Light and Fishing Nets at the same time. There are two tiers of rewards and 30 levels to complete. The free tier offers a total of 30 Tokens of Light. The premium tier costs $49.99 and gives an additional 120 tokens, 60 Temple of Edfu Fragments, 5,000 Magic Fishing Nets, and 60 Alexander’s Summer Passion Fragments.

To increase the level of the pass, there are 7 missions a day that players can complete for 100 EXP each. Each level requires more and more EXP. Throughout ten days, there will be a total of about 70 tasks. You are allowed to skip a few tasks a day and still be able to complete the entire Battle Pass. The tasks range from simple ones like buying from the market to tasks that require more planning, like training a certain number of troops. You will need to train full troops more than once a day to reach 40,000 troops trained. Arena challenges, Well of Time, purchasing from the Market, Pinnacle Trial, Glorious Challenges, and defeating gnome bosses are the easiest quests to do. The quests are the same every month.

💠Fishing Contest

The Fishing Contest is open to players with Castle Level 20 or higher and can be played either solo or as a two-player team with someone from the same server. Players spend event items to spin the Fishing Net wheel, which either awards materials immediately or launches a fishing net to catch fish for points. A multiplier option lets players spend more event items per spin while proportionally increasing the number of nets launched and rewards earned.

Team members share the same point total, allowing both players to unlock and claim daily Progress Chests together, although fishing can continue after all daily chests have been collected. Progress Chests and teams reset every 24 hours, requiring players to find a new teammate each day if they wish to continue playing cooperatively. In addition to the shared rewards, the event features both Daily Rankings, which reset every day and award server-wide prizes based on fishing points earned that day, and Personal Rankings, which track cumulative points across the entire event and determine the final leaderboard rewards when the event ends.

Upon reaching certain thresholds of Harvest Turtles caught, players can also claim Alexander’s Summer Passion outfit shards. If you only care about the Tokens of Light, get as many Fishing Nets on your farm accounts and just have those accounts carry your main account for a few days to get insignias. Because teammates share the same Progress Chest points, this lets a farm account contribute its Fishing Nets while your main account still receives the shared progression rewards.

💠Alchemical Secrets

This event is available to players with Castle Level 20 or higher, with new stages unlocking daily at 00:00 UTC. Players get five free attempts a day and an extra one in the shop. Players must sort stones of different colors and shapes into the appropriate treasure chests, with each stage attempt costing one Magic Stone. Players can save and leave a stage without spending another Magic Stone when they return, although resetting a stage will not refund the Stone. Once a stage has been completed, it can be swept instantly by spending additional Magic Stones.

Each challenge gives some Fishing Nets and resource chests. Players can raid previously cleared stages if they get stuck on the next stage. At stage 3-5, players will need an Unlock Voucher to progress so all non-spenders will get stuck there and have to raid stage 3-4, which gives six Fishing Nets per raid. The event gives three insignias that increase Dodge Rate. Personally, I don’t value Dodge Rate highly and there are too many levels. I would skip this and just raid stage 3-4.

💠Glorious Challenge

Glorious Challenges are similar to Well of Time campaigns. Players select a team to tackle each challenge, and beating each challenge will net you 50 Gems for first-time clear rewards, Magic Fishing Nets, and Pirate Festival Coins that you can trade in for rewards in the Challenge Shop. Completing each level unlocks a raid feature. Subsequent raids will earn you Magic Fishing Nets and Pirate Festival Coins.

There are two modes. The Normal Mode is available at the start of the event and goes up to level 16. The levels are extremely easy, and most players should not have much difficulty clearing them. The Hard Mode unlocks after three days and will be similar to the Elite Campaigns. You get five free attempts a day, and it refreshes every day at 0 UTC. You can also purchase up to 100 additional attempts in the shop for 8,000 Gems. Players with the fastest clear times will appear on the level’s ranking ladder.

For the first three days, purchase only enough additional attempts to cover the daily Challenge Shop items you actually want. Because shop purchases have daily limits, waiting until later can cause you to miss some rewards even if you eventually have enough coins. After the Hard Mode opens on the fourth day, you can just purchase all the extra attempts if you need some Magic Fishing Nets earlier.

💠Pinnacle Trial

Pinnacle Trials are extremely similar to the Glorious Challenges except that players only get 1 attempt a day and cannot purchase additional tickets. The rewards are significantly better, too. There are five levels, and it offers hundreds of Random Immortal Fragments, Magic Fishing Nets, and numerous Tokens of Light. After completing the levels, you can raid them to get additional rewards. The later levels are significantly more difficult since the enemies have legendary skills.

Players can also challenge the top ten players on the Trial Rankings. Separately, players receive five daily attempts to challenge members of the Trial Rankings, and it plays like an arena battle between your selected march and the opponent’s strongest march. Every win grants points, but losses do not cost you points. After the event ends, the top ten players on the rankings will be given Tokens of Light, Judgment Realm Fragments, insignias, and Territory Decoration Fragment Random Chests.

💠Dazzling Wish

Dazzling Wish features Eternal Grails and Athena’s Summer Passion outfit shards. Players could receive 1, 5, 25, 50, 100 Eternal Grails, 20 Athena’s Summer Passion Fragments, or a hidden surprise, which includes a hidden reward, a discount pack offer, a Token of Light, or no reward. Using 700 tokens will automatically guarantee 20 Summer Passion Fragments. Every token used will also grant you one point.

The top 200 players with the most points at the end of each day will receive varying amounts of Eternal Grails. First place will also get 750 Azure Crystals and 60 Skyriver Palace Fragments. Furthermore, the top 200 players at the end of the event with the most points will also receive Hall of Divine Might Fragments and Eternal Grails. The top 50 will also receive insignias. Players who do not use or want Athena’s outfit should use their Tokens of Light on the Wish Grail event instead. It spans the same number of days as the Pirate Festival Event.

Players can purchase additional Token of Light from bundles. You can get 3, 5, 8, 12, 30, and 60 tokens for $2.99, $4.99, $9.99, $19.99, $49.99, and $99.99, respectively. You can purchase up to 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 20 of each a day, respectively. There is also another one-time $49.99 bundle that features 25 tokens and the exclusive dynamic avatar frame, Revival Lotus. On a cost-per-token basis, the $19.99 and $49.99 token bundles, along with the separate $49.99 Tide Drifter bundle, provide weaker token value. The $2.99 and $4.99 bundles offer the best value per dollar for players primarily buying Tokens of Light. Players can also get 50 free Tokens of Light from the Celebration Shop, five per day.

💠Grail Shop

Horus was added to the Grail Shop this season. It costs 845 grails for 80 shards, purchasable up to five times a day. Horus’ Exclusive Artifact costs 1,100 grails, purchasable up to twice a day. It’s currently the only way to get Horus. Every other available Chaos Immortal is in the Fate of Chaos Selection Chest VIII. You can purchase one per day for 250 Eternal Grails. You can also purchase five of the chests for 750 each per day.

All Chaos Immortal artifacts except Apollo’s and Ares’ are also in the Chaos Artifact Schematic Fragment Selection Chest VI. Players can purchase one for 330 grails and two for 1,000 grails per day. This is a huge change as it gives lower-spenders a chance to own Chaos Immortals for cheap. The shop also features an Ability Stone chest that costs 1,050 grails and contains Siren’s Gaze, Smite, Storm Strike, and Implosion. Personally, I would skip that chest.

Players can also purchase lesser rewards like Equipment Forging Stone Random Chests, Stellar Core Crystals, Holy and Shadow Selection Chests, their artifact chests, and Random Territory Decoration Fragment Chests. The grails carry over to the next event as well. This is a great chance for low-spenders and free-to-play members to get cheap Chaos Immortals.

💠Challenge Shop

Players can trade in their Pirate Festival Coins for prizes. Everyone should aim to get all the important items. Since players can purchase one set of five Tokens of Light a day, you can get up to 50 Tokens of Light throughout the entire event. Players should also aim to get the Enlightenment avatar frame and the Netherworld chatbox as those are limited-time exclusives.

Players should try to get the 100 Stardust for 1,000 coins per day. The tokens and Stardust would cost a total of 3,000 coins a day. Given that you get five free challenge attempts per day and you can earn 170 coins per attempt for the first three days, it would take 12 additional attempts.

After Hard Mode becomes available, the number of required attempts will decrease. You can purchase up to 100 additional Glorious Challenge tickets for 8,000 Gems. If you raid the last level of the Hard Mode, you can get 28,000 coins with 100 challenges.

💠Summary

The Pirate Festival offers free and paid rewards through daily activities, challenges, Dazzling Wish, and event shops. The best value comes from free Tokens of Light, Stardust, and the Grail Shop’s cheaper Chaos Immortals. Players should focus on efficient rewards and avoid weaker-value spending.
