Sylph Gear Bug

Hey Silver,

I am trying to upgrade my Sylph Gear, Storm Wheel, to Level 40 from Level 20, on both Fox Sword and Maverick Sylphs, and it keeps telling me, Breakthrough not completed yet. However, there is no Breakthrough button/choice.

I have tried restarting several times, but to no avail; there is no Breakthrough option given. Can you have the Devs check this for both of them?
