Lost BR

hey there i need some help!!

i put in a lot pf angelessences yesterday and complettet 3 Blueprints. My BR went up to 748B. then i clicked on guild and lost all BR i just build up. even refresh did not help, today its still the same with 723B . The stuff i put in is still in but the BR is lost!!! Please help!!!
