BR Change

What were developers thinking when they rounded up BR to the first 3 digits. Now we cannot see any progress after doing upgrades, adding better gear, etc. This is absolutely unacceptable and now hampers any kind of guideline as to how I'm doing after doing major upgrades.

Please return BR back to the ENTIRE battle ranking total/numberl, so we can again see our progress.
