tycoon points

Hello there might be stupid question but i wanted to ask it since i cant comprehend it. 2 minutes before tycoon ends, a guy in our server just got instant injection for about 1.1 mil from enchant stone in few seconds, which should be impossible since you can buy it by 999 right? So my question is how is this possible?
