Chat Restriction in Infinity Kingdom

I have a problem in the game Infinity Kingdom. I am unable to chat with my alliance members or my friends, and I do not know the reason.

It seems that my chat has been restricted or blocked. Is there anyone who knows why this happened or how I can remove this restriction?

I would really appreciate any help or advice on how to solve this issue and regain access to the chat.
