Persistent Chat Issue: "Message contains sensitive information" Error

Hello Support Team & Moderators,

​I am facing a persistent and severe chat issue in Infinity Kingdom. Whenever I try to send any message, word, or even a simple emoji in any chat channel (Alliance, Global, or DM), I immediately get the error: "Message contains sensitive information."

​Here are the details of my issue:

​Problem Duration: Over a month continuously.

​Affected Scope: It affects ALL my accounts and characters on this device.

​Troubleshooting Done: I have already tried changing the in-game language, switching to English keyboard, clearing cache/data, switching network connections (Wi-Fi/4G), and reaching out via in-game support (no response received).

​Since this happens across all my characters, it seems to be a glitch/freeze in the Chat Server connection linked to my Device/ID rather than an intentional mute.

​Please inspect my account and reset my chat server connection.
