Tournament Broken for the 4th Time in a Row

Once again Tournament has arrived and mine is broken -- this is the 4th time in a row that Tournament has been broken on my server. When are developers going to permanently fix this issue, as I always lose 2-3 days of Tournament play. This issue should have been fixed the first time, but here it is the 4th time in a row that Tournament rolls around and it's broken AGAIN!

I am on server uc47. So why is that server always BROKEN when Tournament rolls around again?

I have enjoyed playing LoA all these years, but the continuation of broken parts of the game are making is less so. Please permanently FIX the issue with Tournament.
