i lost the process with runes end element

Hello Silver i lost all runes and i cant understand why reseted my all stats on runes and element too on runes i got 5 rank and lvl4 on greaves helmet accesory and boots and on armor rank 4 lvl4 and elemental lvl4 all elements, sadly i dont have any proofs for that but i spend already a lot of money to reach that level.
