Multiple duplicates

Hello. I think this is not much to concern, but I believe most if not all the players have the same inventory like me, I hope that there might any way the these type of duplicates can be exchange into something else that can be used, like resources. i have looking something in my inventory with these numerous duplicates.

and in addition, I Hope also that the Eye of Oblivion from Chaos Oblivion even that I know or understand that might no longer be open again, can we or i atleast exchange things like this? This item is once valuable.
