What’s up, folks? With so many new events and patches, coupled with lots of community chatter, it’s sometimes difficult to keep up. Welcome to my weekly edition of Player’s Digest, where I’ll take a look at some of the recent happenings, summarize them in a digestible way, provide some context and thoughts, and help readers keep up with all things related to Infinity Kingdom.

Summary

💠Illusion Battlefield League

The penultimate week of the IBL Point Match phase wrapped up with a few marquee matchups between top-ranked teams, while most of the other leaders drew easier opponents further down the standings. Several alliances also chose to skip this week in favor of regular Illusion Battlefield, adding another wrinkle to the playoff race. With only one week remaining, every match now carries much more weight as teams fight for final positioning and qualification.

Server 432’s HVN narrowly defeated Server 344’s HOT.
Server M016’s ICE beat Server 469’s PS.
Server 509’s GOW defeated Server 336’s CD.

Teams with more than one loss can no longer make the top eight. Following this week’s wins and losses, the updated top standings are as follows:

Server 73’s ARC stands in first place with a 7-0 record.
Server 530’s SJ is second with a 7-0 record.
Server M014’s RiP is in third with a 6-0 record.
Server 38’s AoW is fourth with a 6-0 record.
Server 432’s HVN is in fifth with a 7-1 record and having played their final match.
Server 344’s HOT is in sixth with a 6-1 record.
Server 16’s NG+ is in seventh with a 6-1 record.
Server 38’s Ascendants of Asgard is in eighth with a 6-1 record.

💠Legion of Frostborne

The gates into Zone 2 opened in the middle of this week, marking one of the most decisive stages of the current KvK season. The likely winners have already begun carving out a path to victory by dominating key Zone 2 areas, cities, and strategic positions, giving them a significant territorial advantage. Other alliances are still attempting to battle back, but overcoming the early control established by the leading federations will be increasingly difficult as the season progresses.

In Region 47, AWG and Zephyr took over the bottom two Zone 2 quadrants while giving the top two to Ember and Hydro respectively, Terra remains with only Zone 1 cities.
In Region 48, AoW and Zephyr took over all four quadrants of Zone 2 as none of the other factions can match up to their numerous never-resting maxed accounts.
In Region 49, Zephyr has taken all but one city in their starting zone. No other faction has managed to capture any city.
In Region 50, every faction except Terra controls some parts of Zone 2. They will likely split Zone 3 as well.

💠Endless Tower

Endless Tower is a 100-floor progression mode where players battle increasingly difficult Sentinel teams in order, with five successful clears available per day. The beginning of the tower is extremely easy, and most players should breeze through the early floors without needing to make meaningful changes to their teams. As players climb higher, however, difficulty increases and unique Floor Traits—such as Physical Damage immunity or periodic HP recovery—become more important, requiring players to inspect the enemy Immortals, skills, specializations, and Dragon and adjust their formations accordingly. Each cleared floor rewards useful resources and speedups, while every five floors grants 200 Gems and either Random Holy/Shadow or Chaos Immortal Fragments. Clearing all 100 floors ultimately provides 4,000 Gems, 50 Random Holy/Shadow Immortal Fragments, and 50 Random Chaos Immortal Fragments in addition to the individual floor rewards, making Endless Tower a strong source of free progression materials and rare fragments.

💠Summary

IBL enters its final Point Match week with several undefeated teams still fighting for top-eight positioning. In KvK, control of Zone 2 has established clear favorites across most regions. Endless Tower offers an easy start and valuable free rewards, including Gems and rare Immortal fragments.
