Can't proceed with game because of forced tutorial.

Can't proceed with the game due to a game error not wanting me to click others besides the character icon. However, the character icon is behind the messages therefore I can't click it since it's blocked by the message feature. Also, I can't submit a ticket since S2170 can't be found on their server selection when submitting tickets... Anyway, is there any solution to this problem? I already spent money so like I can't just quit even if it's my first day:(
