Medals not able to be put in

Good morning. I saw that the medals were available again. I have Mother's Warmth, but the chest has 2 others, so I recharged and bought another chest, wanting to use a second medal. The preview BEFORE you buy doesn't show what the medals do, so it wasn't until I had the chest that you can tell it is the same type of medal, and you can't deploy it.

As you can't see the benefits of the 3 medals in the chest, I have recharged at a time where there is no real benefit to me (such as CS Tycoon etc) and spent diamonds on a chest that I couldn't know was different until I actually recharged and bought it, and then tried to deploy the medal.

My preference would be for a refund, please, or a replacement medal I can use. At the very least I would like the diamonds back and for the devs to look into this, as it is a very real trap for players.
