Your support system is incredibly incompetent. For five months, I haven't been able to communicate with anyone through my game account. I have submitted tickets—at least 90 of them—repeatedly to address this, yet I’ve received nothing but automated responses and found no solution. I cannot get in touch with anyone. No matter what I type in the message section, I get a "sensitive information" warning. I explained that this issue stems from the game incorrectly flagging my account, but no one has looked into it for five months. You are truly terrible.
