COMMUNITY STATEMENT

Dear GTarcade Development Team,

We are the Saint Seiya Awakening KOTZ International Community. This message represents Legion Leaders and community representatives from Europe, we coordinating with America representatives. Active communities that gather thousands of committed players who continue supporting the game.

With respect and a constructive spirit, we wish to share the following priorities for the future of the game:

1. RECOGNITION OF COMMUNITY REPRESENTATION

We reaffirm our full support for the representatives elected by their respective Legions to defend the collective interests of the player base and to our Spokesperson, the Sire.

We respectfully request that GTarcade:

- recognize the legitimacy of these representatives;

- prioritize dialogue through these community channels;

- avoid public statements or actions that may discredit community representatives or create division among players.

We also believe that recent tensions require appropriate clarification and an apology in order to rebuild trust and maintain a healthy relationship between the community and the development team.

The current lack of effectiveness of the official Discord server as a communication channel between the staff and the players. At the moment, players often struggle to get clear and timely answers to their questions, which leads to frustration and misunderstandings.

In addition, many members of the community feel that the current moderation structure does not always fully reflect or convey the interests and concerns of the player base.

Having recognized community representatives would help bridge this gap, giving players a more direct voice and creating a more effective and transparent line of communication between the community and the development team.

The recognition of community representation is, in our opinion, an essential prerequisite for maintaining constructive dialogue in the future.

Should this first point remain unresolved, we reserve the right to mobilize our communities and consider stronger measures in order to defend the collective interests of the player base.

2. LOGIN SYSTEM STABILITY

We request that the definitive solution to the login issues, announced for the third quarter (Q3), remain a priority and be implemented within the planned timeframe.

3. PVP AND PVE EVENT OPTIMIZATION

We request continued improvements in development, testing, and quality control processes in order to reduce bugs, performance issues, and incidents related to weekly updates.

4. GAME ECONOMY AND REWARD BALANCE

We request a review of F2P rewards, especially those that have become outdated compared to the current needs and progression requirements of the game.

We also request adjustments to Medals and Bounty Trials rewards so that they better reflect the current competitive environment.

We appreciate recent efforts aimed at providing more accessible and balanced options for paying players.

5. COMMUNICATION AND TRANSPARENCY WITH THE COMMUNITY

We respectfully request that official communications remain aligned with principles of clarity, objectivity, and transparency.

Furthermore, we believe that any references to individuals or organized groups should be based on clear, verifiable, and properly contextualized information, avoiding interpretations that could generate divisions or misunderstandings within the community.

OUR PURPOSE IS COLLABORATION.

We appreciate the work of the development team and look forward to continuing to collaborate in order to strengthen the future of Saint Seiya Awakening.
