Loading screen is not loading properly

apparently this problems has been going on for more than 12 hours s, the loading screen stops at 7/7, then leads to a black screen, is there a way this issue could be resolved, thank you

i tried to restart my pc / reconnect my internet / reinstall the game, empty my cache, nothing has worked so far.
