#8965402 - Tycoon Mystic Exchange Issue

After submitting my ticket, I have been referred to contact you (" To better resolve your problems, please contact our moderators via our Official Forum where they will assist you with your issue.")

my ticket:

I ranked #2 in Tycoon event ending 4/15 @ 23:59 and received Spes Angel as shown in screenshot.

I went to Tycoon Mystic Exchange to exchange that Angel, but found it was only activated for Rank 1, not Rank 2. Screenshot

I took another screenshot to confirm that Spes was not yet activated and should have allowed me to exchange it.

I want to exchange it.

And of course, the Exchange event was removed before an action could take place to fix this situation and allow me to do so. Not sure if there's anything you can even do now.
