Welcome to my weekly edition of Player’s Digest, where I’ll take a look at some of the recent happenings, summarize them in a digestible way, provide some context and thoughts, and help readers keep up with all things related to Infinity Kingdom.

💠Illusion Battlefield League

The first week of the playoffs wrapped up with unsurprising results. Most, if not all, of the expected winners won their matches.

Server 38’s Ascendants of Asgard, Server 143’s XGV, Server 432’s TT, and Server 231’s IMPK triumphed over Server 346’s DYN, Server 456’s CE, Server 463’s CLN, and Server 329’s KFC, respectively.
Server 417’s MAD, Server 441’s DAM, Server 56’s HMB, and Server 38’s AoW defeated Server 292’s Mbl, Server 394’s mz, Server M016’s ICE, and Server 38’s SPS, respectively.
Server 70’s GOD, Server 429’s TOP, Server 73’s ARC, and Server M005’s JLA beat Server 447’s OG, Server 4302’s MAD, Server 303’s WOLF, and Server 418’s RO.
Server 336’s CD, Server 405’s KoL, Server 417’s BAD, and Server M014’s RiP defeated Server 411’s ADY, Server 159’s MDS, Server M014’s VT, and Server 414’s BSG, respectively.
Server 398’s DE, Server 191’s Inka, Server 277’s WIB, and Server 209’s ToW toppled Server 344’s Fxk, Server 403’s CF, Server 115’s DH, and Server 398’s KoV, respectively.
Server 16’s NG+, Server 454’s BxB, Server 417’s DAM, and Server 209’s HK defeated Server 437’s DM, Server 430’s IT, Server 382’s W2F, and Server 57’s UiP, respectively.
Server 209’s O66, Server 275’s TNG, Server 389’s ITY, and Server 455’s TF defeated Server 414’s CBW, Server 373’s HOT, Server 453’s TH, and Server 375’s SW, respectively.
Servers 339’s DN, 73’s BUNS, 344’s HOT, and 248’s alliance beat Servers 389’s ITYG, 136’s AWG, 392’s HM, and 438’s DR, respectively.

💠Legion of Frostborne

This week marked a decisive shift in KvK as the inner Zone 2 gates and the entrances to Zone 3 opened for siege. In the most competitive matchup between Server 136’s AWG and Server 231’s IMPK, AWG had previously attempted to push into IMPK’s Zone 2 but was repelled, leading to a temporary stalemate while both sides waited for the inner gates to unlock since neither could break through Zone 1. Once the gates opened, both alliances rushed to contest the same entry points, understanding that control would determine access to Zone 3. AWG ultimately secured both inner gates, gaining a one way passage that IMPK could not realistically retake, which led to a collapse in resistance and allowed AWG to advance into Zone 3 uncontested.

💠Alliance Supremacy

This season’s Throne of the Supreme featured a significantly expanded and more streamlined format, with 64 players advancing out of the Group Stage from a broad mix of servers. Server 136 led all regions with 15 qualifiers, followed by Server 209 with 10 and Server 231 with 9, while Servers 38 and 73 each sent 8 competitors. Servers 56 and 70 had 3 representatives each, Servers 248 and 277 had 2 each, and single players advanced from Servers M0006 and 88, highlighting the wide competitive spread across brackets. Despite the depth of representation, Server 231 ultimately dominated the decisive rounds, as its strongest players won all four groups and firmly established themselves as the current top server in the game. The event now culminates with Jay and Lxi competing for the championship title, while yyw and Jac face off in the third place match to close out one of the most competitive editions of the tournament so far.

💠Summary

The first week of IBL playoffs saw most favorites advance with no major surprises. In KvK, AWG secured both inner Zone 2 gates against IMPK and pushed into Zone 3 uncontested. In Throne of the Supreme, Server 231 dominated all four groups, with Jay and Lxi moving on to the Grand Finals.
