[Review] The Darkplume Search Special Event in Infinity Kingdom

What’s up, folks? Welcome to my article, where I will be taking a closer look at the latest special GTArcade event in Infinity Kingdom, the Darkplume Search Fifth Anniversary Special Event. This event has a number of free rewards and a mini-game for different types of players. Let’s take a look at what the event entails and what kind of rewards you can get.

💠Overview

The Darkplume Search Special Event runs from Feb 9–16 on GTArcade, coinciding with the Fifth Anniversary Event but lasting only a week. Players can view retrospectives, claim rewards, access new anniversary gift packs and missions, and play mini-games for extra rewards. All earned rewards are delivered through in-game mail.

💠Memory Lane

Memory Lane lets players revisit patch notes from 2.7.7 to 2.9.2 and see top alliance and player achievements, including Server 38's AoW for power and Illusion Battlefield wins, Server 56's HMB for messages sent, and HOT as the community favorite. Players can also track personal stats like enemy eliminations, KvK participation, gnome kills, resources gathered, and honor earned. At the end, participants can claim rewards including Gems, Stardust, Major AP Potions, 8-hour bubbles, plumes, and an exclusive 5th anniversary avatar frame.

💠Anniversary Treasures

GTArcade is offering new anniversary bundles, including six Token of Light bundles priced from $3 to $99.99, while Divine Coin, Eye of Chaos, and Raffle Ticket bundles give 20% extra rewards. Players can also earn daily rewards like Stardust, teleports, and Common Dragon Crystal Chests by spending $4.99, $19.99, or $99.99, and cumulative spending of $199.99 or $499.99 grants Crimson Moonlight, teleports, and Uncommon Dragon Crystal Chests.

💠Rallying Call

Current players can generate codes to invite returning players, who receive a Miraculous Descent, nine Philosopher’s Stones, 10 Superior Resources Optional Chests, and five building speedups, plus Gems, Immortals, and resource chests for milestone achievements. Inviters earn rewards like Philosopher’s Stones, Stardust, Random Immortal Fragments, Uncommon Dragon Crystal Chests, and a Miraculous Descent based on how many returning players they bring back. There is also a gift code hidden in the community’s social media channels. 

💠Darkplume Search

In the Darkplume Search minigame, players take control of Tengu in a side-scrolling platformer where timing and precision are key. Players must click to make Tengu jump over obstacles and collect Darkplume feathers scattered throughout the level. Points are earned based on feathers collected and distance traveled, and progress toward rewards is cumulative, so you can unlock milestones over multiple runs rather than in a single attempt. Reaching the second milestone grants one Token of Light, while the third milestone rewards two additional Tokens of Light. Players can continue to replay the minigame to gather more points, making it possible to steadily work toward all available rewards throughout the event.

💠Summary

From Feb 9–16, Darkplume Search lets players earn Tokens of Light, Memory Lane offers anniversary rewards, Anniversary Bundles grant bonus items for spending, and Returning Player Invites reward both returnees and inviters.
