12 th Anniversary event glitch-innactive Celebration pass

Hi Loa team,

Happy New Year :)

Very strange bug happened to this Anniversary event on the 3 chars i play. Celebration pass 1 click button was inactive ( not red ) all the time but i did the tasks everyday. For that reason i was unable to collect the rewards, clicked on the button few days in a row but received nothing... I have 4115 points but no resources in my inventory i attached SS.

Please let me have the unlocked rewards for that points somehow. Today the event is over and no chance to get them anymore... Let the dev's check that i did not received anything from Celebration pass and send them to my chars. Thank you in advance for your help.
