I didn't collect my celebration pass loots, can they sent it to me?

I know is my fault for not noticing the time, this is the 2nd time it happen to me but since my days in national service, 23:59 is what last moment of the day mean, never 00:00. Why can't they just put 2026-01-08 23:59. I always look at the date never the time, as I say; I have the habit of thinking 23:59 as the day end. I know they may not entertain my request since it affects a range of results, but I just need to rant to keep my sanity.
