Keyboard isn't working with the app

I have been trying to recharge, change number amounts in the Desktop App, and nothing is working. All I get is a beeping sound when I hit a button. It doesn't do it anywhere else, only the App. I have to use the browser to recharge, but I can't make other in-game purchases through the browser. Physical and on screen keyboards won't work, I checked. I am unable to use the keyboard with the app.
