Login Issue with the Facebook Account

Please resolve both of these issues as soon as possible. Player 1, whose details I have provided below, has a problem: May be his character has been deleted.He had not done it for about two-three months but now whenever he does it, a new character gets created.

Player 2 has a different problem, he was logging in daily and was also playing with me, he is the guardian of my server, He used to Facebook login and suddenly he is not able to login. I tried it assisted but I noticed that He not able to do it and also not able to bind with the new Email.
