Some people are experiencing significant problems logging in. Please address this as soon as possible so players can continue playing the game as normal.

Problem:-

Some people have not logged in for a long time, I agree it is their mistake, but when they are logging in, their VIP accounts which have gone above level 100, their character is not loading. When they are trying to login, the option to create a new character is coming up, so please solve this as soon as possible.
