Clarification please

What do we have to do in order to receive the reward?

Personally I just think it is just another redundant useless thing added to the game to try and entice players to not quit playing. Dragons in the TG ruined the TG for myself and others. "Incentive Chest" to give us more alliance coins but yet nothing in the alliance shop worth buying unless you want to jump around to different servers. lol Seems to be a lot of useless features being added to the game to try and retain players. Hello it is having the opposite effect for many.
