What in the hell is going on with rebel leaders?

So I took down 2 level 6 Rebel Leaders. Both had the same results. I will share screenshots of one.

I am not going to complain that Dragons can now be used to attack Rebel Leaders (I will complain dragons are in the TG now) but now it takes more hits to take down a level 6 Rebel Leader and anyone can see how the damage decreases on some attacks even though it should increase. So what the hell is going on?
