Good evening, I'll try opening a topic here, maybe I can solve it.
Currently, after making a payment here on the portal, due to a misunderstanding of mine, I filed a dispute on PayPal.
Realizing I was doing something wrong, I promptly closed it, marking it as "Resolved" on PayPal.
I've filed several support tickets here on Gtarcade, even showing screenshots. My ticket was canceled, and I was told that the refund could not be processed. Currently, I find it impossible to make new purchases because it tells me "my account is under protection, and I can't make payments."
It's been like this for a month now, I kindly asked support to intervene, especially since I haven't done anything strange.
