                                                     ( Alliance Conquest ) 

    It was early in the summertime when a cool breeze blew among the ranks of the warriors of TQL who stood ready on the face of the battlefield.

Today our alliance will be fighting in their first new match of the twenty-first season Alliance Conquest after the previous season ended some months ago. All the forces of TQL had been long prepared to fight in this match. Queen Bella and her Commanders had devised a brilliant strategy to combat against our opponents and all the members of the alliance were even armed with their best plates of armor and weapons. It seemed that no warriors could be more ready or more eager to win than us. 

   Within a few moments the barrier that separated us from our opponents and prevented us from storming off into the battlefield would soon dissolve and then we would fight against our first opponents who were from the alliance VME. Based on our previous battles and experiences with this fierce and imposing group, I knew they were going to be a challenge. They had always defeated us each time we faced them despite how powerful and capable the forces of TQL were. This time however I hoped that the tides would shift in a new direction, one where our alliance would finally defeat them.

   As we were anticipatedly waiting for battle to begin, the last remaining moment felt like it was interfering with the flow, it seemed almost endless. However infinite that moment had seemed it was never meant to last because finally I saw the barrier flicker and begin to fade until it had completely vanished. Without hesitating all the able bodied warriors of TQL mustered their forces and burst through the battlefield in a race against time and odds to capture the first buildings that had just spawned before our opponents could. 

           Riding as fast as their mounts could take them, the rally leaders and other warriors of TQL advanced towards the first four open buildings. The Mother, The Warrior, and the Targaryen and Lannister outposts which stood beneath our grasp all we had to do was get a little closer and charge instead and claim them. As our forces neared closer being several moments away from obtaining an early chance at glory, was when the enemy soldiers came into view. They too were approaching the same buildings as our forces were, and were also on the verge of capturing them. Seeing the enemy possibly gain the upper hand didn’t break the resolve of the fighters of TQL it further ignited their strength allowing them to accelerate in speed until they finally came close to reaching the building but not before colliding with VME’s forces. A cloud of dust blocked the view as both made it to the buildings. The two rivaling alliances then clashed swords against each other in fight to gain dominance over the buildings. The fights lasted for several minutes until the dust cleared and it was over. 

  Our efforts to obtain most of the building had been futile as our opponents claimed most of them except for the Warrior which had luckily been claimed by one of our rally leaders, Benjin.

  It was a few minutes into the battle and already our alliance was beginning to experience a rough start.

If we wanted to have any chances of winning or coming close to winning this match then we were going to have to think, act fast, unite and fight our way through the bases quickly.

    Lord Elrik, one of Queen Bella’s main commanders during this battle, took charge once the next opportunity to seize a base opened up. When he saw that the remaining three buildings that were currently occupied by VME’s forces had dropped its protective barrier, he gathered together his armies and prepared to launch rallies upon them along with the other rally leaders of TQL. Within seconds Elrik had led his allies marching across the battlefield and heading towards these buildings with an unmatched fury. Elrik’s armies marched towards Lannister Outpost while the other allied forces went to the Mother and Targaryen Outposts. By the time Elrik and his allies reached these buildings it was then that the enemy realized that they were being under attack but by then it was too late to react. Elrik and his armies had crushed the enemy forces that held Lannister Outpost and had claimed it for our alliance. In addition to this Sepsis had also been successful in capturing Targaryen Outpost.

  This small victory soon carved a path for our alliance. When the next buildings to spawn, the Lannister and Targaryen Ports, came available our alliance had once again succeeded in claiming them as two of our members David and Spartan were able to capture them both with ease.

Thanks to the efforts of our allies, our current fortune was bringing us closer to catching up with our allies and getting a chance at gaining the lead of this match.

   When Casterly Rock had spawned, our forces raced towards the building in hopes of capturing it before our opponents could, because gaining this building could very well secure victory for TQL. Unfortunately VME’s forces arrived first crushing our hopes of gaining the upper hand at this moment.

   Though we may have failed to capture Casterly Rock our alliance had made a comeback and captured most of the buildings on the battlefield and renewed our resolve and morale.

    As the battle continued TQL and VME shifted hold on the buildings causing both alliances to almost tie in points.

The only thing that now determined whether TQL or VME would win this first battle was taking hold of the two mines that were going to spawn at any moment.

These mines, The Targaryen and Lannister would grant the holder many points and possibly the victory as well. Our alliance was going to have to capture them both if we wanted to win.

  With sheer determination the strongest warriors of TQL lead their forces towards the mines riding faster than lighting for their final time as if their lives depended on it. Only Cypher had been successful in securing one of the mines for our alliance. The other one was captured by Tomask for VME.

  Not willing to lose this battle, our allies gathered all their armies and launched rallies at the Lannister Mine.

  The might of our armies was too much for Tomask as he was no match for TQL and eventually lost hold of the mine to Dark Phoenix.

With both mines now secured by TQL it seemed that we would soon win this battle, but I was terribly wrong.

While we had fought to take the mines our opponents had been kicking our allies out from our buildings and had eventually retaken both mines pulling us further away from victory.

With our opponents in the lead and the match coming to a standstill, we all held our breaths as the last minute till this battle concluded would pass. The first match shortly ended and VME as expected was crowned the victor of the battle while we had lost to them once again.

Despite losing the first match there were still five more battles for the Alliance Conquest that remained and our alliance was determined more than ever to win them.
