Victoriana & Athena Emblems And Hoarforst Blade Crest or Shards

hi ladies and gentle men

my question is about Victoriana and Athena Emblems as it shown (The Members Who Collected Them can collect the Emblem) okay this easy to understand so (what i get is i should unlock the both angels to get the Emblems) , Scroll down please for more details !

now once i collect Athena and Victoriana ... What Happened ? i could not get The Emblems .

so what is wrong or where i can unlock Flairs for the both angels ?!

or is there special Event for Victoriana and Athena Emblems/Flair !!! if so please tell me in simple Comment .
