Special Offer

Hello everyone, I just want to raise my concern about the Special Offer. Last time I did to recharge but I didn't receive any rewards in Special Offer because of the Error Name. It only Shows "Hero" but all my Characters name are not Hero.

I did to recharge in Server of AncestralCemetery named Princess. Please Admin kindly fix this one so that I can do recharge and play Loa.
