Please have the devs use my toon and correct the problems so others may benefit

Silver .. I have hit your toon several times in CS Com ... so you could see for yourself whats going on , This way you can tell the devs whats wrong....please ... because im so pissed i will flood the screen with screen shots untill the point has gotten across .
