Dream Dominator

Hello

I won 1st rank in the recent SS Tycoon and decided to swap angel for Dream Dominator, but when I looked for it in the Recruit lists, it is no there, even in Super Hero section. What is Dream Dominator? Is this a glitch?

I would appreciate a reply please.
