Angel Starstone

Hello.

Today I upgraded Ourea Starstone to +1 but it didn't give Ourea any stats or the 20% guardian angel bonus. Also Ourea is in my guardian angels and it didn't give stats to the hero as well..

Can you explain how it works, please ? Is the Starstone only for the additional skill when the angel is deployed ?
