Is it Still Running?

I've just gotten onto GTArcadde and am trying to DL Echocalypse and there hasn't even been 1mb DLed in the hour it's been running. It looks like the game is still up but, my DL isn't progressing even a tiny bit over the last hour now! Still at 0%.
