Shattered Cosmos rewards

I have a question about shattered cosmos. I recently did the event and done damage to the boss to get personal ranking rewards but I did not receive the main rewards in placement. Was there something I was supposed to do? cause the reading on the bottom says to do damage to the boss which I thought I did.

I did the same thing last season and was given the rewards so I'm confused on how the process works.
