BR inquiry

Hello, all. I am relatively new to the game. I've noticed that lots of players with idle heroes having no equipment (completely naked) have millions of BR. How is this possible? I included a picture for reference. This lvl. 15 Grimbow for example has almost 4m BR and the lvl. 15 Nightblade below it has the exact battle rating. Thanks in advance.
