How does the other character have more agility than me?

I don't understand how the other character (girl) has more agility than me but less CP, PATK, HP, than me. I feel like I am missing an entire feature. Can someone please let me know what I can do to improve my agility or where they are getting all their agility from? I have almost twice their Cp and atk power but my agility is so low compared to theirs.
