downloaded mini client several times now, and say it's completed successfully, but can not collect the pass rewards from second page for 3 days now , don't understand whats the problem , as i was able to collect it before . server is Stonecrab 1564 , character name is

Aisling , i like this game, but recharging to have some events now working properly, is frustrating when unable to collect . any and all help would be appreciated, and thank you in advance . unable to send in a ticket on this problem as it doesn't go up to 1564 server , and unable to type in in also , thank you again for nay help that can be provided .
