Recharge did not get the item

Hello, customer service. In order to get some more Kronos Rising Stones at the King's Treasure event, it was topped up today. However, the corresponding number of sieves was not obtained, and the event has now been cancelled. I was wondering if I could make up for some of the Kronos rising stone.
